The family would like to thank each and every one of you who have come to pay your respects and celebrate the life of Chalfant. She died peacefully in her sleep early Sunday morning, but awoke to be welcomed by God Himself, her mother and father who preceeded her, and many others who awaited to see her. There's no doubt she is now living a happy, joyful and peaceful life in Heaven. She will be greatly missed by many who benefitted from her unconditional love, her kindness, and selflessness. She was truly one of a kind and will never be duplicated or replaced.

My beautiful, sweet sister, Chalfant Peak, died peacefully in her
sleep on June 6,2010.  She married Michael Boedeker in 1983 and they
had two wonderful children - Peter Hunter (born 1985) and Mary Emily
Chalfant Boedeker (born 1989).  She will be missed by her family and
friends forever!  Her best friend was her sister, Gabrielle Peak, both
of whom appreciated each other's zany, wicked senses of humor. I love you so very much Chalfant...it's so difficult to go on without you. You will always be the "Elder Sisty Ugler, Talcy Anne
".
I will always be your "Lil Sisty Ugler,  Lele"!                                                                                                                                  XOXOXO
                                                                   Gabrielle

I am so sorry for the loss of Chalfant.  She was always perky and interesting.  I hate this growing old stuff more than Spanish class.

Love to all her family.
