Obituary for Bruce William Barthlow

Bruce William Barthlow, age 66, died of Esophageal Cancer on July 14th, 2017 at Houston Hospice in Houston, Texas.
Bruce is survived by his wife, Diane Barthlow of Houston; his son, Bryan Barthlow of Jackonsville, Florida; and his sister, Meggo Barthlow of Indianapolis, Indiana. He was preceded in death by his Father, Raymond W. Barthlow of Akron, Ohio; his Mother, Rosemary Willette of San Antonio; and his Grandmother, Margaret Campbell of Arkon, Ohio.
Bruce was born on April 25, 1951 in Akron, Ohio to parents Raymond and Rosemary Barthlow. He graduated from Alamo Heights High School in San Antonio in 1969. In 1974 he moved to Houston and worked as a Computer Analyst at Texas Commerce/ Chase Bank , where he was employed for more than 25 years.
Bruce was a great family man and a loving father. He married Diane Havard in 1975 and the couple had one child, Bryan, together.
A memorial service for Bruce was held on July 21st, 2017 from 4-7pm at Integrity Funeral Care, 3915 Dacoma St. Suite E, Houston, TX . All were welcome to attend and celebrate Bruce's life.
